Carlisle Fluid Technologies Engineering Advanced Apprenticeship

Carlisle Fluid Technologies are world leaders in Spray Finishing and Fluid Handling technologies, incorporating the brands of Binks, Devilbiss and Ransburg.

The CFT Advanced Level Apprenticeship is a comprehensive training and development programme which is a 3 year course attending Paragon Training Centre on a part time basis whilst working at our manufacturing facility in Bournemouth.

For the first year you will work towards the Advanced NVQ level 2.  Once this is completed you will continue in your second and third year working towards an EAL Mechanical Engineering diploma plus in house practical skills training to NVQ level 3.

Structure

Year 1: Attend College 4 days a week and work 1 day a week at Carlisle Fluid Technologies.

Year 2 & 3: Attend College 1 day a week and work 4 days a week at Carlisle Fluid Technologies

Criteria

  • Aged 16 years to 22 years.
  • At least 4 GCSE's or equivalent at grade C or above, to include Maths, English, Science or a Technical subject.

The Apprenticeship will commence from September 2016 and we will begin reviewing applications from April 2016.

Your starting salary will be £10,500 with an annual pay increment given on successfully completing each year.
